About Claddagh Construction

Roger O’Sullivan founded Claddagh Construction in 1996 with the intent of combining European craftsmanship with Northwest building practices. Originally from County Kerry in the Southwest of Ireland, he has extensive experience in the construction industry. Following a four year apprenticeship in Ireland, he received both Junior and Senior trade certificates. After relocating to Seattle in 1993, Roger worked for Carpenters Union 1797 and then later with two local residential contractors. Having learned local practices and gained an appreciation for Northwest architecture, he went on to start his own company.

Claddagh Construction has completed a wide variety of remodeling projects throughout the greater Seattle area. Working in close collaboration with architects and homeowners, Claddagh Construction continues to provide a high level of craftsmanship from basement remodels to multi-level additions. This building expertise has resulted in many satisfied customers.

Claddagh Construction works only with leading professionals who share our same high standards and strong commitment.

Creating A Culture Of Excellence

Recognizing the importance of excellence throughout the course of a project, Claddagh Construction respects client wishes and shares in the goal of creating a dream home. All work sites are maintained at a high level of cleanliness at all times, and no smoking is tolerated on site by employees or subcontractors. The assigned Project Lead is always available to take questions and keep homeowners apprised of status throughout the project.

Claddagh Construction is willing to engage clients in different project phases but is typically brought in during the design phase to work with the architect. This allows for realistic pricing during the design process.
