“We completed a major remodel of our nearly 100 year home in Madrona in Fall 2009. Claddagh was our General Contractor throughout the nine month project. We lived in the house during construction and dealt with the Claddagh team daily. Claddagh was respectful, clean, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure anything that they could do to make things more comfortable for us was done, especially for our then five year old daughter. Trust and confidence in onsite workers was of paramount importance. Roger’s attention to detail was tremendous – anticipating and catching things early to avoid redos as well as suggesting modifications based on things that did not work from prior jobs. There were numerous complications with outdated wiring, plumbing, and structural issues, all handled with minimal project disruption. The workmanship was impeccable. We were in constant communication via phone and email with updates. Each bill came with a comparison to budget so that we could easily track where we were over or under budget. We received Project Reports at each major milestone. Claddagh worked well with our architect Curt McGuire and kept him in the loop on any changes.
